| GO TEXAN PLANT TIPS |
Long-Stem Bluebonnet Care |
- Maintain water level below flowers and foliage but never let the flowers go dry.
- Flowers should be kept at or below room temperature (72 degrees ). Warm temperatures will shorten the life of the flowers. Keep this in mind when transporting flowers;
a car interior can heat up to extremely high temperatures in a very short time.
- Remove old, spent stems. Dying flowers produce ethylene which will speed the decay of other surrounding flowers.
- Keep your flowers' water clean and free of bacteria. If water appears cloudy, replace it immediately.
