 Fruit Flip Smoothie!
 Serves 1

1 cup of ice, crushed
1 scoop of low-fat ice cream, frozen yogurt or    non-dairy dessert
1/2 cup Texas strawberries
1/2 cup Texas blueberries
1/2 cup sliced Texas peaches
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice

Directions
Wash fruit well. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
