Sally Spinach
"Feeling good and looking good are important to everyone. I grow in sandy soil so I must give my long, luxurious hair a good washing everyday. Looking good is nice, but feeling good is even better. And eating healthy is a great way to start on that road. Take a tip from me: before you grab for a healthy snack, lunch or dinner, always remember to wash your hands. Your hands pick up lots of dirt and germs when at school or playing outside, so give them a good scrub before putting something in your mouth.

When eating a salad or looking for a new vegetable side dish, ask for spinach. Spinach is good to your body by giving you the calcium and iron you need for healthy nerves and blood. And, when you have this leafy green for dinner don't forget to invite its best friend CeCe Citrus. The vitamin C in citrus helps your body better use the calcium and iron in spinach. It'll make you the best you can be!"
