Corky Corn
"Tell me if you've heard this one before, here it goes… A guy walks into a doctor's office. He has a cucumber up his nose, a carrot in his left ear and an ear of corn in his right ear. He asks the doctor, 'What's the matter with me?' The doctor replies, 'You're not eating properly.' Pretty funny, don't you think? I love to tell jokes. Even more than jokes, I like to tell people about corn.

The average American eats the equivalent of three pounds of corn each day. It's found in a ton of prepared foods. Just read the label! Of course, one of the best ways to eat corn is fresh, right on the cob. Corn is a good source of fiber and vitamin C. Fiber helps lower cholesterol and keeps your energy going. Vitamin C helps your body in all kinds of ways, like keeping your teeth and gums healthy. So, put those teeth to work on a fresh corn on the cob."
