Carlotta Cabbage
"I'm proud to be No. 2; it means that Texas is the second-largest producer of cabbage in the whole nation. Cabbage is also well known for its uniqueness. It can be thanked for creating new vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. Farmers discovered that if they encouraged cabbage flowers to grow taller they could cultivate broccoli and cauliflower.
Cabbage is a good source of vitamin C and is very low in calories. The vitamins in cabbage will give your cartilage and muscles structure, and help you maintain healthy bones and teeth. They will also help your body absorb iron. So, give me a chance, let's be friends!" |
