  • 1-1/4 pound small button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienne
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoon thyme
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt

Directions
Steam mushrooms for 2 minutes and shock to cool in ice cold water. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan and blanch the minced garlic (do not brown). Combine remaining ingredients and mix with the mushrooms. Allow to marinate for 40 minutes before serving.
